📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking German-speaking Customer Consultants to join our Retention team in Portugal. This role is remote and offers 100% of the workload on a permanent contract basis.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Handle inquiries related to product usage, billing, and account maintenance.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues promptly.

📋 Requisitos

  • Fluent German language skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
