We are currently recruiting German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a leading global .
This is a fantastic opportunity to support business clients, develop expertise in digital solutions, and work in a dynamic multicultural environment.
As part of the team, you will help advertisers optimize their online presence while delivering exceptional customer support and account assistance.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to business clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers in using digital advertising platforms and self-service tools.
Deliver both pre-sales and post-sales support.
Investigate and resolve technical issues, platform errors, and account-related queries.
Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with customers.
Identify opportunities to improve customer performance and satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback and contribute to product and service improvements.
Build strong relationships with clients through a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
What We're Looking For Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
Previous experience in customer service, account management, digital marketing, or technical support is an advantage but not required.
