We are currently looking for a German Customer Service Representative to join the team of a leading multinational .

Porto | Maia

Your mission

This is an opportunity to integrate the team responsible for supporting customers and ensuring the sales flow, where the main goal is the customer satisfaction.

In this position, youll be responsible for

  • Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests;
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers;
  • Manage the customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments;
  • Ensuring the invoicing process, as well as claims management and key indicators analysis
  • Document management and archiving.

What you need to embark on this mission

  • Fluency in English and German (mandatory);
  • Experience in customer management and customer support;
  • Computer skills and fast adaptability;
  • Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit;
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills.
