If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations.

What You Will Do
in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information
Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)
Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
Your qualifications

Have a high level of German (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
