We are a Swiss scale-up reshaping the cleaning industry across Europe, and weve recently opened our in-house Customer Service & Operations Hub in Lisbon.
Here, you dont support external clients you contribute directly to our brand, our customers, and our Batmaids, the cleaning professionals who represent us every day.
We're looking for a hands-on Operations Team Lead who is fluent in German and English, someone who enjoys both guiding people and staying close to operational reality.

What You Will Do
In this role, youll lead and develop a multilingual team, creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered and accountable.
You will oversee daily operations such as ticket flows and scheduling, ensuring we deliver service that meets the high standards associated with Switzerland.
When complex cases arise, youll step in with empathy and clarity, serving as the go-to escalation point while coordinating with our remote senior management, HR and IT teams.
You will also play a key role in improving how we work.
By maintaining and refining our SOPs and knowledge base, youll help ensure that our processes remain efficient and scalable as our hub grows.

What You Bring You are fluent or native in German (C2) and comfortable communicating in English (C1).
You have experience leading teams within Customer Service or Operations, and you enjoy being hands-on when necessary.
You remain calm under pressure, use data intelligently and thoughtfully, and balance KPIs with a genuine human approach.
