Aggregating more than 7,000 owned vehicles plus the motorhomes and other recreational vehicles, they operate Europe, North America, and Oceania and are physically present in over 70 cities.At the moment they are recruiting a key position for their RV Sales business unit.

This position is responsible for structuring the commercial strategy. lead the development and execution of vehicle re-marketing strategies across all geographies, focusing on the successful resale of semi-new and second-hand vehicles through B2B and B2A channels;build and manage strong relationships with dealers, auction houses, OEMs and other re-marketing partners, ensuring a seamless and high-quality sales experience;collaborate with internal teams to align vehicle sales strategies with overall fleet management and operational goals, optimising transitions from rental and subscription phases to sales;drive revenue growth by identifying market trends, negotiating agreements, and expanding our sales channels to meet business objectives and sales targets;implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of vehicle re-marketing operations. 7-12 years of experience in sales;demonstrated expertise in structuring and scaling sales functions, with experience across both online and offline channels;proven ability to engage with customers and partners across multiple geographies and industries;strong track record of achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team success, with a natural commercial mindset;excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence;strategic thinker who uses data and instincts to identify opportunities and implement scalable solutions;fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; German is a plus, and additional languages are advantageous.
