Job Description:

We are looking for a Grafana Observability & Data Developer to join our team in Porto.

You will be responsible for developing advanced Grafana dashboards and driving the modernization of our visualization tools, as part of a strategic MDG/OEG Viewer replacement project.

Must-Have

At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Grafana, creating and maintaining dashboards based on technical or functional requirements

Experience with monitoring, observability, and/or large-scale data visualization platforms

Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries for analytical and time-series data

Experience automating dashboard delivery across multiple environments (Dev, QA, Prod)

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java (e.g. for automation or tooling)

Experience working with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS)

English proficiency at least at B2 level

Would be great if you have

Experience optimizing queries and dashboards for large datasets and high-performance requirements

Hands-on experience with ClickHouse, including query optimization and performance tuning
