📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Mobile to lead our Mobile Development function at PluggableAI. Our technology translates emotional signals into actionable data for enterprises, helping them understand whether their experiences resonate with people.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Define and execute the mobile development roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Establish technical vision and architecture standards for mobile apps and SDKs (native and hybrid).

📋 Requisitos

  • 5+ years of mobile software engineering experience (iOS and/or Android).
  • Deep expertise in native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin).
  • Strong experience with cross-platform frameworks (mainly Flutter, but also React Native and Cordova).
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful mobile applications and SDKs at scale.
  • Expert-level knowledge of mobile architecture patterns and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD, testing frameworks, and mobile DevOps.
  • Deep knowledge of mobile security, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements.
