In the heart of Avenida da Liberdade, the new Kiosk JNcQUOI is seeking a Head Waiter who can turn excellence into consistency and service into identity.

True leadership is not imposed — it is felt.

We are looking for someone who can orchestrate service with precision, inspire teams by example, and understand that every detail contributes to an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities: Coordinate the entire front-of-house operation, ensuring premium standards; Lead, train, and motivate the team; Manage reservations, service flow, and key service moments; Ensure efficient communication between the dining room, bar, and kitchen; Resolve situations with discretion, elegance, and speed; Ensure consistency in the guest experience.

Profile

Proven experience in luxury hospitality; Strong leadership and decision-making skills; High emotional intelligence and customer-focused mindset; Obsessive attention to detail; Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).

We are looking for passionate and creative professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
