We are looking for an Amazing: Help desk L1

Seniority: Junior-level (5+ years)

Type of position: Onsite.

Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

Infrastructure: Installation, configuration, and support of workstations and peripherals; basic patching; account and permissions management; support for Windows and macOS operating systems.

Networking: Local network configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, support for Wi-Fi, VPNs, and network printers; use of basic diagnostic tools (ping, traceroute).

Security: Implementation of security policies (antivirus, updates, MFA); execution of onboarding/offboarding procedures; endpoint compliance.

Service Management / Support: Ticket logging, categorization, and resolution; prioritization and escalation; SLA tracking and user satisfaction monitoring.

Languages: Fluent in Portuguese.

Must be ok to work onsite in Carcavelos.
