Randstad Digital is recruiting a Helpdesk (German Speaker) for a , Santa Maria da Feira. (Hybrid work model - 2 days on-site; 3 days remote / week) Provide IT support in various domains (collaborative tools; access to applications; Email; security applications, etc.) in different countries;Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support;Collaborate in functional support tasks to applications in various domains such as purchasing, finance, IT, sales or production; Experience in IT support;Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).Proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
