Job Summary We are looking for an HR Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting key HR processes, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Human Resources activities Responsibilities: Providing an approachable, confidential and professional day-to-day HR service.

Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, probation and employee-exit processes.

Maintaining accurate and secure employee records and HR information.

Ensuring approved HR policies and procedures are carried out efficiently and consistently.

Coordinating payroll information accurately and on time for the Group Payroll Lead.

Maintaining the Training Matrix and monitoring completion of mandatory and statutory training.

Supporting employee engagement, communication, recognition and workplace culture.

Providing accurate HR reports and escalating risks or concerns promptly.

Working collaboratively with the General Manager, Group Head of HR and Group Payroll Lead.

The ideal candidate should have: Dynamic, proactive and results-oriented; Strong ability to learn and adapt; Excellent communication and critical thinking skills; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources; Proficiency in HR software; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
