📋 Descrição da Função

We are thrilled to introduce an exciting opportunity for an Integration Support Engineer at HumanIT. This role is part of our Full-time team dedicated to providing high-quality support and innovative solutions for Hybrid Integration Platforms.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality service.
  • Handle incident resolution, change implementation, and direct customer communication.
  • Provide on-call support (one week per month) as part of a 24/7 standby team for fast issue resolution.
  • Maintain and support Hybrid Integration Platforms (HIP) at customer sites.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to service process improvements, automation, and the development of innovative solutions.

📋 Requisitos

  • Integration Expertise: Knowledge of technologies such as IBM ACE, IBM API Connect, IBM MQ, or webMethods Hybrid integration.
  • Technical Foundations: Basic experience in Java or .NET with a focus on back-end development.
  • Infrastructure & Security: Familiarity with networking (DNS, firewalls, HTTP) and security protocols (SSL/TLS).
  • DevOps & Tools: Experience with CI/CD, testing, and collaboration tools like Atlassian and GitLab.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, especially in direct customer interactions, with fluency in English.
  • Integration Patterns: Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns is considered a plus.
  • Requirements: EU citizenship and willingness to travel to Belgium on a quarterly basis.
