Description

Um/a Incident Management Team Lead bem-sucedido/a deve ter:

Manage the end-to-end incident management process to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and 3rd parties to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Monitor incident trends and develop strategies for process improvement.

Ensure compliance with ITIL and ITSM best practices in all incident management activities.

Prepare and deliver regular incident reports to stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact during high-priority incidents and escalations.

Provide leadership and guidance to the incident management team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery within the Technology department.

Profile

A successful Incident Management Team Lead should have:

Strong knowledge and experience with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.

Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leading and mentoring teams within the Technology & Telecoms industry.

Analytical mindset and the ability to identify trends and propose solutions.

Proficiency in incident management tools and technologies.
