What are we looking for?

A professional profile as an IT Risk Analyst / Permanent Controller;

Proven experience of at least 3 years in IT Risk Management, specifically in a GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) context;

Solid knowledge of GRC IT / ServiceNow tool and the Microsoft Office suite;

Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and impact assessment;

Ability to define and promote cybersecurity governance, support risk understanding, and oversee end-to-end cyber risk supervision for IT Payment Services;

Experience in identifying and analyzing operational risks, collaborating on permanent control activities (ICT and non-ICT), updating risk landscapes, and monitoring remediation actions;

Familiarity with Payment activities and relevant regulations (DORA, PCI-DSS) is a plus;

Proficiency in English;

Proactive attitude, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a continuous learning mindset;

Based in Porto, with availability for a hybrid work model (2-3 times a week on-site).
