What are we looking for?

Senior profile with 6+ years of professional experience in Infrastructure Architecture or similar roles, ideally within high-performance financial markets or critical trading environments.

Strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration (e.g., RHEL, SLES).

Demonstrated familiarity with OS performance tuning for low-latency applications.

Solid knowledge of virtualization and container technologies.

Proven work experience with server hardware, data center build-outs, and OS migrations.

Comfortable and proficient with scripting languages, particularly Python and shell scripting, with a focus on automating infrastructure tasks.

Track record of overseeing and optimizing mission-critical server infrastructure in production environments globally.

Experience in providing infrastructure expertise to software development teams and collaborating with group infrastructure teams.

Strong desire to research and learn new technologies, contributing to technology roadmaps and cloud adoption strategies.

Familiarity with provisioning tools like Ansible and Puppet is a plus.

Knowledge of Windows and NAS administration is a plus.

Fluent in English (mandatory).

Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either European citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card – mandatory requirement.
