Profile

description:

  • International exposure through having lived in Scandinavian countries (e.g.

Sweden, Norway, or Denmark), with strong familiarity with Nordic culture and business environment (mandatory);

  • Active market prospecting and acquisition of new business opportunities;
  • Definition and execution of commercial and business development strategies;
  • Management and continuous development of a client portfolio;
  • Identification of client needs and proposal of tailored solutions;
  • Leadership and coordination of consulting teams in alignment with business objectives;
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and sense of responsibility;
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on growth and revenue generation;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Based in Portugal.
