We are looking for our next IT Business Analyst:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related;

Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) are a plus;

Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role;

In-depth understanding of business processes and principles;

Experience with business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques;

Strong proficiency in using business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence;

Knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data analysis and reporting;

Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall;

Ability to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements;

Experience in creating detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases;

Expertise in creating process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to represent business processes;

Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise business and technical documentation;

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills;

Ability to identify and resolve business and technical issues;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders;

Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases;

Ability to participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT);

Fluent in English.
