Role Overview:

We are currently recruiting an IT Business Analyst to reinforce our teams in our reference clients in the banking sector based in Lisbon.

It is recognized as the 4th largest bank in the national market and in 2023 was awarded bank of the year by "The Banker".

Composed of a solid commercial network, it offers innovative and quality services through an omnichannel relationship.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for the collection and analysis of functional requirements, preparation of functional documentation and the bridge between the client and development teams.

What you are like:

Academic training in Computer Engineering or similar;

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Functional Analysis of processes and gathering requirements;

Experience in designing services and processes and supporting project documentation;

Strong organizational and planning skills;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
