What will you do?

Connecting with potential clients and partners;

Building strong relationships and understanding their needs;

Creating and managing sales plans to hit our targets;

Identifying and engaging with top IT talent;

Actively pursuing new business opportunities and driving commercial growth (this is a business‑oriented role, not solely account management).

What are we looking for?

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field;

At least 2 years of experience in Tech Consulting (mandatory);

A positive and enthusiastic attitude;

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;

The ability to solve problems and overcome challenges;

Pressure is peanuts for you;

Fluency in English, with Spanish as a bonus.
