Adecco is hiring an IT Consultant for Sales Marketing and Customer Service in Europe, based in Lisbon, Portugal.

The role is part of the Regional Office, which serves as the regional contact point for Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation.

The IT department is integral to the , ensuring the seamless integration of advanced technologies into various business processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with regional office members and MFTBC HQ to drive IT projects and operations, aligning IT architecture with business strategies and international market demands.

What You Will Do

?

  • Collaborate with regional office members to support business operations effectively
  • Coordinate with MFTBC HQ members to resolve incidents and queries from regional office members
  • Support IT system strategies, platform modernization, and architecture development
  • Manage expectations for business partners regarding measures and IT services
  • Oversee budget and time management for project and system operations

Your Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is required
  • 4-7 years of experience in commercial vehicles, automotive, or related B2B sectors
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are essential
  • Familiarity with commercial vehicle product categories from light to heavy duty
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, is necessary
