We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Communications Manager to integrate the team of our client - a reference .

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

Oversee and optimize all infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, data centers, and cloud environments, ensuring continuous availability and performance;

Manage day-to-day IT operations, including platform stability, monitoring, disaster recovery planning, and implementation of security measures;

Lead relationships with service providers, coordinating performance reviews and follow-up to ensure high service standards;

Guarantee comprehensive process documentation and knowledge sharing through up-to-date user manuals.

What is required from you?

Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or other similar areas in reference schools;

10+ years of experience in IT, with solid experience in managing projects and services related to IT infrastructure and communication;

Experience in communications architectures and IT operations;

Good skills in managing teams, sense of responsibility, commitment, as well as ability to communicate clearly;

Knowledge in Spanish will be a plus (written and spoken).
