Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Team Lead for our IT.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in informatic equipment, networking technology, and cloud solutions, along with excellent management, pre sales and communication skills.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding the team to success and ensuring client satisfaction.

Hard Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology);

Proven experience in technology sales and solutions, particularly in informatic equipment, networking, or related technology solutions;

A deep understanding of network architecture, informatic equipment, data center services, and cloud solutions;

Experience in pre-sales activities;

Fluency in written and oral English and Portuguese;

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of guiding successful teams;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technology landscape;

Results-oriented and customer-focused;

Passion for Consulting and Technology;

Customer driven;

Strong resource planning and management skills;

Professional communication skills;

Strong organizational and analytical skills;

Sense of responsibility and autonomy;

Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented;

Availability to travel (within and outside the country) within the scope of specific projects.
