We are looking for an IT Manager to join the team of our client - a reference .

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

Define and execute the IT strategy in line with business objectives.

Directly manage a team.

Manage on‑premise infrastructure, including physical servers.

Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of the ERP.

Provide IT support.

Ensure best practices related to cybersecurity, IT governance and service continuity.

Support the setup and maintenance of IT systems in construction site environments.

Manage external service providers, ensuring SLA compliance.

Produce and present management reporting using Power BI.

Act as the key interface between IT, business stakeholders and the Executive Board.

What is required from you?

Proven experience as an IT Manager, Head of IT or similar role.

Strong hands-on profile, combined with strategic thinking.

Background in operational, industrial, construction or engineering environments.

Previous experience in consulting is highly valued.

Solid knowledge of on‑premise IT infrastructures.

Experience with ERP systems.

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.

Strong skills in Power BI and data visualization / reporting.

Strong business orientation and ability to translate operational needs into IT solutions.

Leadership and people management skills.

Clear communication with different stakeholders.

Pragmatic, resilient and results-driven mindset.
