We track trends, anticipate needs, and align talent with the right challenges through agility, closeness, and a personalized approach.

We are currently looking for an IT Operations Process & Governance Analyst to our client team.

Main responsibilities

  • Define, document, and maintain standardized IT processes.
  • Manage software license compliance.
  • Oversee relationships and contracts with strategic suppliers.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal/external standards (ITIL / ITSM).
  • Participate in decisions with significant financial impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing complex processes with high functional and financial impact.
  • Ability to produce clear, structured manuals, procedures, and reports.
  • Experience in ITSM Environments - Hands-on experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for tracking incidents, changes, and problems.
  • Coordinating with multiple suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring SLAs.
  • Understanding ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset & Configuration Management.
  • Ability to identify risks, inefficiencies, or compliance gaps.

During the integration phase, close and consistent support is ensured to foster continuous development and smooth adaptation to the new team.
