Randstad Digital is recruiting a IT Project Manager for direct integration, in a company located in Coimbra e Lisboa

Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, orrelated fields.

Experience in project management within technologyorengineering environments.

Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability tolead multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders effectively.

Experience managing project scope,

Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Fluency in English.

Experience in Aerospace, Space, or Defense projects (plus).

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications (plus).

Requisitos

Leading projects from kick-off to closure, ensuring delivery on time, onquality, and within budget.

Planning and coordinating project activities, resources, schedules, and stakeholder engagement.

Monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.

Managing customer relationships andmaintainingalignment with businessobjectives.

Identifyingand managing project risks, opportunities, and change requests.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to achieve project goals.

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to operational excellence.
