Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager (French Speaker) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid) or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT/digital project management, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments;
  • More than 9 years of professional experience;
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of Agile/Scrum project management experience in IT/digital sectors;
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-cultural or multi-site projects is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Scrum Certifications (PSM, CSM, PSPO) are strongly preferred;
  • Additional project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus;
  • Deep knowledge of Scrum frameworks and, optionally, other Agile frameworks (SAFe, Kanban);
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices;
  • Familiarity with development and testing tools, CI/CD tooling, and cloud environments;
  • Understanding of product management concepts and performance metrics (KPIs/OKRs);
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to bring together cross-functional teams;
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment;
  • Analytical mindset, customer-focused, and ability to translate business needs into concrete deliverables;
  • Experience managing a project portfolio and risk management;
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira/Confluence or equivalent, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.);
  • Quality mindset and experience in deliverable reviews, testing, and user acceptance;
  • Ability to work usly and make decisions while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders;
  • Fluent in French (oral and written) is mandatory;
  • Proficiency in another language is a plus.
