What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Human Resources, People Management, Sociology or similar fields

Interest in technology and the IT sector

Enjoy working with people, with empathy and clear communication

Strong organizational skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn

Collaborative and proactive mindset

Previous experience is not required — we’ll provide the tools for you to grow with us.
