Join Our IT Team

At Eugster/Frismag, IT plays a key role in supporting our daily operations across different countries.

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented person to join our IT Service & Operations (ITSO) team in Portugal as a 1st Level Support Specialist.

Your Role

As part of the IT Services & Operations team, you will be the first point of contact for employees who need support with IT topics.

You will assist them, guide them and ensure their issues are solved or properly escalated.

You will also support local hardware topics and basic application questions, working closely with our global IT teams.

Your Main Responsibilities

Provide 1st level IT support to employees (remote and on-site)

Receive and manage IT tickets (incidents and service requests) in a structured and organized way

Help users with:Laptops and workplace devices

Basic software and Microsoft 365 topics

Password and access issues

Install and replace hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals)

Prepare IT equipment for onboarding and offboarding

Keep documentation and ticket information clear and updated

Work closely with our global IT colleagues

What We Are Looking For

Mandatory

Very good English skills (spoken and written)

Strong communication and customer service mindset

Structured and organized way of working

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Sense of responsibility and ownership

Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Basic knowledge of IT or technical topics

Interest in technology and digital tools

Previous experience in customer support or service roles

Basic understanding of hardware (laptops, printers, etc.) and applications
