Description

This role involves providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.

The IT Support professional will troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance technology solutions to support business operations.Client DetailsOur client is a multinational .Description End User Devices Management.

Setup and configure end-user devices.

Maintain an accurate inventory of all end-user devices.

Provide helpdesk support for end-user device issues.

Manage the end-of-life process for outdated devices.

Keep IT procedures and documentation up to date.

Create and maintain documentation of hardware and software configurations.

Log and manage incidents and requests and escalate where appropriate.

Assist end-users with technical issues and troubleshoot problems.

Assign incidents and requests to relevant teams.

Manage access requests according to policies.

Route access requests to relevant third parties.

Manage user account creation.

Order required equipment for new employees.

Setup employee devices.

Manage the offboarding process for departing employees.

Profile

Proficient in operating systems: Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS/iPhone.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite.

Understanding of network concepts: VPN, VLAN, DHCP.

Knowledge of ITIL methodology will be a plus.

Previous experience in a regulated entity/ financial services, preferably under supervision of the Luxembourg CSSF will be beneficial.

Understanding of GDPR regulations.

Attention to detail.

Self-learner with a high interest in technology.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and collaborate with various teams.

Proficiency in English.

French as an asset.
