IT Support – Hybrid (Porto)

What we are looking for

Hard skills

  • Min 3Y
  • Fluent French is mandatory
  • Strong organizational (methodical), interpersonal (co-operative, constructive and open-minded), problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
  • A real passion for learning, doing things better and helping others – and an ability to turn ideas into realities.
  • Availability to travel abroad (Paris mostly) for short periods of time, as required (once or twice a year for few days)
  • Working experience in a user support role directly assisting and interacting with clients to address client requests.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and present functional subjects
  • Experience organizing/tracking your users relationships and you know how to leverage data to increase client engagement/satisfaction and applications efficiency.
  • Excel and data manipulation.
  • SQL
  • Good level in English is desirable
  • Knowledge on SNOW/SUN (nice to have)
  • Able to be quickly us, proactive
  • Past experience on similar position
  • Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in requirement analysis and client needs assessment.
  • Team spirit, client-oriented spirit and good analyzing skills
