We will rely on you to
Operate and maintain network infrastructure and services
Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting (fast and effective)
Execute and validate post-change interventions
Monitor platforms and analyze performance metrics
Manage alerts using tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
Support virtualized environments and M2M infrastructures
Work closely with technical teams and validate application reports
What we're looking for
Experience in network and infrastructure operations
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, SNMP, SMTP, UDP, ICMP
Virtualization experience (e.g., VMware)
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
Security: PAM, MFA, WAF, VPN
Scripting (bash/shell)
Knowledge of Node.js, REST, and Python
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
Linux and Windows environments
Databases: PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Logstash, Kibana
Experience in Telco environments (4G/5G, Core PS, M2M platforms)
