Position: IT Technician (Systems Administration / Security)

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with a strong focus on Windows‑based systems administration, security, and networking to join our technology team.

Key Responsibilities

Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows systems (Linux is a plus).

Management of RDWeb environments and user support.

Administration and operation of VMware infrastructures.

Configuration, management, and segmentation of corporate network environments.

Implementation and management of network assets, including Cisco and Fortinet switching and firewalls.

Deployment and operation of information security tools such as Qualys, PingCastle, CrowdStrike Falcon, and SIEM solutions.

Support in compliance and security audits.

Monitoring and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructures.

Required Profile

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field.

Proven experience in Microsoft Windows systems administration.

Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware).

Strong experience with switching and firewalling (Cisco and Fortinet), including network segmentation.

Familiarity with security and vulnerability management tools (Qualys, PingCastle, CrowdStrike Falcon / SIEM).

Knowledge of information security standards and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

Strong problem‑solving skills, autonomy, and teamwork mindset.

Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
