What are we looking for?

• At least 10 years as Java Backend Developer;
• Strong proficiency in Java (newer versions are a plus) and Spring Boot.
• Mandatory experience with Azure Cloud;
• Solid understanding and experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, GraphQL Federation, Terraform, and GitHub;
• Experience in leading complex initiatives and collaborating with other teams to agree on technical designs;
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior engineers and influence/improve engineering practices within a team;
• Prior experience with payment systems is a plus;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a strong client-facing attitude and mandatory strong verbal and written English (B2+).
