Role Overview:

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our teams in our client - state-owned international leader delivering letters, parcels, financial services, digital solutions, and public transport.

This professional will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining different internal solutions.

What You Will Do

Develop innovative, Java Spring-based microservices for the Post fleet, backend systems, and integrations with

public transport platforms.

Take ownership of product development and ensure smooth operational performance.

Support and contribute to our cloud journey (AWS + Kubernetes), from architecture to container orchestration.

Work close to hardware and backend components, understanding the end-to-end IT environment around Post.

Apply test automation at all relevant levels to ensure quality and reliability.

Work confidently across a diverse set of scripting languages, frameworks, and build/test environments

We are looking for:

Strong proficiency in Java programming language;

Strong understanding of cloud environments;

Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other Java frameworks will be valued;

Strong experience on Object Oriented and Functional Programming JavaEE standards / SpringFramework;

Fluency is English is mandatory.
