🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding adheres to best practices.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Guide and support junior developers, promoting good programming practices.
  • Create scalable architectures and robust solutions, considering performance and scalability for long-term system needs aligned with business requirements.
  • Work closely with product teams, designers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and develop efficient solutions.
  • Write unit tests and ensure the code is adequately tested, focusing on test coverage and maintaining code quality over time.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex performance, scalability, and bug issues in the system, ensuring stability and reliability of the application.
  • Focus on code optimization and performance tuning using advanced profiling and code analysis techniques to ensure applications are fast and efficient.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, frameworks, and Java tools, applying this knowledge to improve existing solutions and adopt relevant technological innovations.
  • Manage the software lifecycle from conception to production, coordinating releases of new features and improvements effectively with minimal system impact.
  • Ensure that the code complies with security best practices, implementing protection measures against vulnerabilities and promoting security from the start of the development cycle.
  • Work to optimize database interactions, utilizing good database design practices and efficient query techniques to ensure performance.
  • Document technical specifications, solutions, and design decisions in a clear and accessible manner for other team members and for future reference.
  • Participate in strategic planning of projects and make important technical decisions, aligning IT solutions with business goals and needs.

📋 Requisitos

  • Degree/Master's degree, preferably in Informatics or equivalent.
  • +3 years of previous experience in Java development.
  • Proven experience in writing fine-tuned SQL queries, stored procedures (e.g., PL/SQL code), and working with data in relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
  • Proficiency in SOLID Principles.
  • Web Services (REST and SOAP).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in French (plus).
