What we are looking for

Strong SQL skills with 2+ years of practical experience;

Experience with stored procedures, SQL Server jobs, and CTEs;

Experience writing performant SQL, including the use of indexes;

Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS);

Experience with Visual Studio (nice to have);

Comfortable communicating with colleagues, client engineers, and business stakeholders;

Proactive and able to seek clarification when needed;

Comfortable working in non-agile environments without regular ceremonies or meetings;

Comfortable working remotely with collaboration primarily via Teams;

Fluency in English (minimum B2).

What is this challenge about

Replace client engineers as they transition to Google Cloud and MicroStrategy;

Work on large SQL Server environments with billions of records across multiple databases;

Develop and maintain complex and regulatory reporting;

Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for performance;

Create and manage stored procedures, SQL Server jobs, and CTEs;

Collaborate with client engineers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and complete tickets;

Proactively seek information and drive tasks to completion;

Work independently in a non-agile, low-collaboration environment.
