We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition to join our HR team.

In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle, helping us attract and hire top talent in the tech industry.

Role and responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

Support the onboarding of new hires.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or related field

Previous or experience in recruitment or HR

Strong interest in recruitment and the tech industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proactive, eager to learn, and team-oriented

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
