Randstad Digital is currently searching for a talented Lead Fullstack Developer to join the team of one of our prestigious clients.

Take technical ownership of the product across the full lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and operationsLead the design and implementation of modern, scalable fullstack architecturesDrive engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and DevOps ways of workingAct as a technical leader and mentor, empowering developers to grow and perform at their bestGuide the team in making sound architectural and technology decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product deliveryEnsure high quality, reliability, and performance of mission-critical systemsFoster a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and knowledge sharingExplore and promote the use of AI-driven development approaches within the team 5-10 years of professional experience, including experience in a technical leadership roleStrong background as a Fullstack Developer, with deep expertise in both backend and frontend technologiesProven experience leading or mentoring engineers within agile, DevOps teamsSolid hands-on experience with: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, Relational and NoSQL databases; Distributed systems (e.g., Kafka, caching, object storage); Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong experience working with AWS in production environments, including: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, GitOps, ArgoCD, Observability tools (Open Telemetry, AWS X-Ray, CloudWatch, CloudTrail)Deep understanding of: System design and architecture, CI/CD pipelines and automation, Monitoring, logging, and system reliabilityStrong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and collaborationA forward-looking mindset, with interest in AI and the future of software engineering
