In this project you will be able to do that in a relaxed, dynamic and multicultural team, with presence in different countries.

We are looking for a Lead Pricing Operations & Program Manager for a project in Lisbon area to work remotely.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience supporting price execution and operationalizing pricing decisions;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Bachelors in Business, Operations, or related field or MBA, PMP certification a plus;
  • Strong understanding of CRM/CPQ workflows and SKU strategy and design;
  • Prior experience in pricing operations;
  • Experienced in pricing process improvement and documentation;
  • Excellent time management and communication skills;
  • Proficiency with CRM, CPQ, and billing tools (e.g.

Salesforce, NetSuite);

  • Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, dashboards);
  • Experience using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence);
  • Comfortable managing multiple deliverables and stakeholders;
  • Strong understanding of pricing workflows and cross-functional dependencies;
  • Understands SaaS and PaaS pricing fundamentals;
  • Ability to communicate pricing rationale to cross-functional partners (Sales, Finance, Legal);
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional pricing readiness projects;
  • Prior experience collaborating with Digital / IT to implement pricing and discount logic;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and written communication skills;
  • Experience developing business requirements and tracking issues in JIRA or similar tools;
  • Strong ability to translate pricing strategy into operational execution;
  • Ability to coordinate governance cadence, meeting agendas, and roadmap updates;
  • Working knowledge of SKU design and price-book configuration in CPQ for promos and billing plans;
  • Fluent in English.
