What is this challenge about

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Owners across cards, credit, and internal platforms;
  • Act as a reference point for product functionality, business value, and operational impact;
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Architecture teams;
  • Co-design scalable and outcome-driven solutions;
  • Support agile development practices without imposing rigid processes;
  • Translate business strategy into clear and executable product direction.

What we are looking for

  • At least 7 years of professional experience as a Product Lead and at least 1 year of experience as a Lead;
  • Academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in banking or financial products (cards, credit, payments);
  • Strong technical fluency and experience working in agile environments;
  • Leadership skills with energy, resilience, and ownership mindset;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
