We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in Lisbon.

In this role, you will take ownership of Salesforce development initiatives, lead a team of developers, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that support business growth.

Dare to Have:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar

8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development

Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components

Solid experience with Salesforce integrations

Proven track record in unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution

Good knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines

Experience using JavaScript and HTML for customization and troubleshooting

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team

English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)

Salesforce certifications such as:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
