Description

Adecco is recruiting a Manager Technical Service & Training, based in Lisbon, Portugal.

The professional will act as the primary regional point of contact for Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation across the Americas, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality technical support by overseeing complex field diagnostics, coordinating dealer service readiness initiatives, and designing and implementing comprehensive technical training programs that enhance the overall service competence within the network.

What You Will Do

?

  • Serve as the centralized point of contact for product quality and service issues in the Americas markets.
  • Manage product quality report flow from markets to internal stakeholders and steer progress.
  • Oversee the release and implementation of Field Fix campaigns in American markets.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage product management and training requirements.
  • Conduct warranty audits and failed parts investigations as per headquarters guidelines.

Your Skills - Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in leadership roles.
  • Extensive background in commercial vehicle technology, diagnostics, and technical service.
  • Proven success in designing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, service tools, and reporting platforms.
