As a Mid-Level Oracle HCM Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in HR technology solutions.

You will contribute to the development and integration of HR systems, shaping how organizations manage their human capital with cutting-edge Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

This role offers a unique chance to work on impactful projects within a dynamic, forward-thinking environment that fosters professional growth and innovation.

Your main responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet client-specific requirements.

Analyze HR data models and processes to ensure seamless data integration and system performance.

Troubleshoot technical issues independently, providing efficient solutions.

Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality HR solutions on time.

Assist in integrating HR systems with other enterprise applications.

Ensure system configurations align with best practices and project standards.

Maintain and document technical specifications and development documentation.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development.

Strong understanding of HR processes and data models.

Proficiency in analyzing and solving technical issues independently.

Experience working within Agile methodologies.

Fluent in French (C1 level) and English (B2 level).

Good understanding of SQL queries and data structures (nice to have).

It is a strong plus if you have:

Certifications related to Oracle HCM or SQL.

Experience with other HR technology platforms.

Language Required for the role:

Fluent English is essential for daily communication and collaboration.
