Porto-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 remote days per week)

As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer (Apex/LWC), you will be working for our client in the IT department—Tech Expertise & Solutions—within the Salesforce Factory team.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and a team of BA, DEV, and QA to develop new features and support Salesforce tools for multiple business lines.

Your main responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on documented business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, deploy, and continuously improve Salesforce capabilities across business lines.

Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in development, quality, and maintainability are consistently followed.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Salesforce applications to ensure stable and reliable operations.

Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, supporting data flow and business processes.

Write and execute unit and integration tests to support robust deployments.

Create and maintain technical documentation, and stay current with Salesforce releases and evolving technologies.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration.

Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization using declarative tools.

Experience with source control (e.g., Git).

Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and senior developers.

Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset to investigate root causes and implement fixes.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

Salesforce certification.

Language Required for the role :

Fluent English

Eligibility for the role :
