We are seeking a Cash Payments Team Lead to join a Middle Office Services team.

Client DetailsOur client focuses on strategic investments that drive sustainable growth across the financial sector.Description Lead, motivate, and develop the Middle Office Cash Payments team, providing mentorship and facilitating knowledge transfer to build expertise across all levels; Manage daily operations; Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Ensure seamless daily business activities, uphold high service standards, and maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements; Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives; prepare management reports and KPIs to support informed decision-making; Lead or support projects including system migrations and regulatory changes, collaborating closely with the HQ team and external partners.

Profile

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years' experience in fund operations, middle office, transaction processing, or a similar area, including leadership or coordination responsibilities; Ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members; Hands-on approach, demonstrating excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities; Exceptional communication skills; Solid understanding of financial instruments; Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience in accounting systems; Fluent in English.
