Role Overview

We are looking for an Integration Tech Lead (Mulesoft focused) to join one of our Nearshore teams, working in an international context for European clients.

You will contribute to the design, development, and evolution of integration solutions, playing a key role in ensuring reliable, scalable, and well‑governed integration architectures across complex systems.

This role combines hands-on technical delivery with collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement across the integration lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and implement APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform;

Collaborate closely with architects and cross-functional teams to define and apply integration best practices;

Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and compliance with security standards;

Support and mentor other developers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence;

Contribute to integration lifecycle management, platform governance, and continuous improvement initiatives;

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across distributed systems.

What you are like

Proficient in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, RAML, DataWeave, and integration patterns;

Experienced with REST and SOAP APIs, cloud environments, and CI/CD practices;

Comfortable providing technical guidance, mentoring, or leading development streams;

Used to working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a structured and quality‑driven mindset;

Fluent in English, with strong communication skills for technical discussions and stakeholder interaction.
