🎯 Responsabilidades
- Explore New Markets: Identify and attract new clients to expand our business base.
- Develop Business Strategies: Create and implement innovative strategies to drive growth.
- Generate and Boost Leads: Demonstrate skill in creating valuable contacts and converting leads into business opportunities.
- Present Our Services: Conduct prospecting meetings to promote IT Consulting and Nearshoring services, offered in Time & Materials and Team as a Service collaboration models.
- Manage Client Portfolio: Create and oversee a portfolio of national and international clients.
- Client Engagement: Provide personalized solutions and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.
- Recruit Technology Talent: Lead the recruitment and selection of high-level technology profiles.
📋 Requisitos
- Skilled in identifying and developing business opportunities.
- Experienced in International Business Development, ideally within Nearshore markets.
- Strong relational skills and ability to generate solid business relationships with potential customers.
- People-oriented mindset.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership.
- Decisive leader willing to take risks and think creatively.
- Willingness to travel regularly to connect with clients and pursue business opportunities in Central/Northern Europe and North America.
- Fluent in English.
