What is this challenge about

Lead the design and development of advanced data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage of OSS data (alarms, KPIs, inventory, service quality, etc.).

Define and evolve the data architecture strategy for real-time and batch analytics in OSS domains, including service assurance, fault management, and performance analytics.

Act as a technical authority and mentor for junior engineers, guiding them on best practices, data modeling, and optimization strategies.

Collaborate with network engineering, solution architects, and operations teams to identify business-critical use cases and translate them into robust data solutions.

Ensure data governance, security, and quality standards are met across all systems and data flows.

Design and support visualization solutions and dashboards for operational and executive-level insights.

Partner with AI/ML teams to enable real-time and batch data streams to feed ML models or train them.

Serve as a bridge between technical execution and strategic planning, engaging with stakeholders across engineering, IT, and operations.

What we are looking for

5+ years of experience in data engineering, ideally within telecom or OSS-related domains.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

Expert in SQL, Python, and data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, Kafka, or Flink.

Deep understanding of telecom network architecture and OSS systems (e.g., fault/performance management, inventory, NMS).

Proficient with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data ecosystems.

Demonstrated experience in architecting and delivering complex data solutions at scale.

Proficiency in English – written.
