Network Monitoring & Observability Support Service – Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for

Hard skills

  • Network monitoring and observability concepts (end-to-end visibility, monitoring vs observability)
  • Network path observability using synthetic or active measurements (agent-based testing concepts)
  • Monitoring KPIs, baselining, and trend analysis
  • Analysis of monitoring data and signals to identify visibility gaps and blind spots.
  • Analytical support to service design and decision-making activities
  • Exposure to network path observability tools (e.g.

ThousandEyes or similar)

  • Exposure to observability or data platforms for signal aggregation (e.g.

Splunk or similar)

  • Exposure to infrastructure or network monitoring platforms (device, path, or service monitoring)
  • Structured analytical thinking and problem decomposition
  • Documentation and synthesis of technical discussions into clear inputs
  • Collaboration with network service teams in a supporting or advisory capacity
  • Conceptual knowledge of Agile and ITIL practices in service-oriented environments
  • Professional communication skills in english (written and verbal)
